What is the maximum capacity of Wedding RSVP?

Wedding RSVP can accommodate up to 300 for seated dinners and 450 for cocktail receptions.

Are there any restrictions on catering services?

We provide a list of preferred caterers who meet our standards for quality and service. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating other licensed and insured caterers to suit your specific needs and preferences.

Can we schedule a tour of the venue before booking

Absolutely We encourage potential clients to schedule a tour to experience the beauty and functionality of our venue firsthand. Tours can be arranged by appointment during weekdays and weekends, depending upon availability.

What additional services are included with the venue rental

Rental includes AV equipment, tables, chairs, parking, and a bridal suite with coordination support.

How far in advance should we book the venue?

We recommend booking at least 12-18 months ahead, especially for peak season dates.

What is the cancellation policy

For cancellations, deposits are 50% refundable up to 6 months before the event date. Post that, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
